I want to make a payment thinking this won’t be so hard
Because you don’t want to get charge with a late charge
You call the number on your card to make a payment
When a voice comes on and ask if you want a statement
Press one if this is what you want or too if you need more time
Press three if you want to get a represented-on line
Then you hear that voice saying I didn’t get that lets try something else
So when you say one you feel like you have been put on a shelf
Then you hear to get a represented we will have to put you on hold
As the time passes on you think this is getting old
Then you hear this might take some time so stay on the line
As you talk to your self-saying this will be fine
Well 25 minuets and you are still on hold
Just to make a payment this is getting very old
Then that voice comes back on saying to make a payment just say one
As your heart get boiling because this hasn’t been much fun
Then you hear that computer voice say let’s try this again
But you want to know why we have to go back to where I first began
The time of making a payment has been such a stress
As you have tried to do your very best
