One day my friend ask me in life what have you done
The first thing I say is having so much fun
I get the chance to play with my friends and pet
But you know I have never road a ski jet
We ride our bike through our town
But the noise of them makes the old folks frown
I have worked in a bar as a part time job
But there have been times the owner was a snob
we hear the ding from the oven telling us it’s hot
As we put the cookies sheet in the right spot
On Friday the grand kids comes over to help me pack
As we check our list reminding us to bring some sacks
So now I sit at the flea market table
So I say a small prayer thanking God I am still able
