When some troubles come into our life we talk to GOD
Maybe asking him if we have become a troublesome snob
During our life thinking that we have lived by the book
While we talk into the mirror to see how we look
We sit and listen to our pastor while he preaches to us
How our souls will be in heaven and our bodies will turn to dust
We must live each day and not be so concerned
While spending too much time thinking when CHRIST will return
The angels seem to be a little bored
Coming down to listen while we sing praises to the LORD
Spending too much time worrying about our finances for a little gain
But CHRIST stood on the hill and promised in heaven there will be no pain
He also told us that in heaven the animals will sit by our side
And we’ll be able to feel the strength of the ocean tide
The air will smell so sweet while sitting under the tree
And the pain we have now will be SET FREE
