Have you ever wondered what the buffalo might think
Because their forefathers almost became extinct
The coyotes run through what is left of the roaming hills
And clean up the animals that have been killed
Man has fenced all the open ground
As you don’t see any wild horses roaming around
The bears will hide in in their own cave
And in the spring will teach their young to become so brave
The beaver will dam up a flowing creek
That makes a pound for the animals to get a drink
They watch how man build many houses and large farms
To the point that the wilderness is coming to a scary alarm
The eagle flies up to the mountain top
And watches how mans building will finally come to a stop
But God will watch and protect them
For they are still one of his precious gems
