Life was given to this planet in many ways
Like watching the animals while they lay in the hay
Or watching the birds that soar in the open sky
As we wonder how it’s possible or question why
Then there are animals that live in the sea
Watching some that rise to feel the warm summer breeze
Then there are humans that walk on this land
As we watch them cutting down the trees to make a grand
Or they hunt the animals for food and clothes
And cook the meat on their pot belly stove
We can find many different foods for us to eat
Like some berries or roots that taste so sweet
Now we watch as the humans start to destroy
This precious land and uses it like a shiny toy
We watch as the homes are made from concrete
And hear the noise in the air that has a beat
Then the air is being polluted from the oil they burn
Is to wonder if God’s heart is starting to turn
We read that someday we will hear a voice that sounds so sweet
When we sit in heaven at GOD’s forgiving feet
