The country side has changed to a beautiful white
From the snow flakes that have fallen through the night
I watch the men work so hard cleaning off the street
As they would push the snow into a pile that looks so neat
They work so many hours to make is safe
So we will be safe driving to our next place
Our children can’t wait to go out and play
For we don’t know how long this snow will stay
I watch the children as the snowman was being built
and was laughing for it was standing in a little tilt
as they put a large smile on it’s face and know this was grand
to be proud for it was built by their own hand
so stop and say high to the snowman each day
as you watch the children going out to play
