I know that it’s hard at this time of your life
So I have sent an angel to let you know that
the time was right
She has spent her life wiping your tears
And by your side giving you a cheer
To watch you grow and become the man you are
Has given her the strength to be your star
She will light the night with the gleam in her eye
And her spirit will soar like the eagle in the sky
Now it’s time for her to come home
For her husband has been alone
